With nearly 40 years of expertise and eight facilities—five outdoor and three indoor— we offer comprehensive tyre testing on snow and ice. From traction and breaking tests to to mounting and studding we deliver efficient, customized solutions that meet industry standards and your unique needs.
Let our skilled drivers handle your development tests with precision. Simply send us your tyres, and we’ll conduct the tests — indoors or outdoors — depending on your needs. Once completed, you’ll receive a report with reliable results. We do development tests on our own but if you require certification testing, we can help facilitate contact with our partners.
Let us know your specific needs, and we’ll guide you.
We can prepare tyres for testing with manual studding, stud protrusion measuring and run in according to standard procedures. This is a flexible service suitable for development projects. We have permission to use studded tyres as well as prototype tyres all year round.
We have experienced drivers trained to conduct stud retention tests. Our circular track in Vitberget is ideal for these tests, as it is fully fenced and free from other traffic. The process begins with preparing and measuring the tyre, followed by driving the vehicle under controlled conditions based on a predefined program. The tyre is then evaluated by measuring the protrusion and any stud loss. Finally, a detailed report is provided. This test follows industry standards to ensure accuracy and repeatability, but it can also be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Sealant test in cool condition could be carried out at our proving ground in Vitberget.
If you need mile collection on your tires, we have a good road network for such activities and experienced drivers.
We can offer experienced tyre fitters for passenger cars and heavy vehicles. All our fitters have training in working on electrical cars level 1.
If you prefer to conduct your own tyre tests but need reliable and experienced drivers, we’ve got you covered. Our skilled drivers ensure accurate and consistent performance on the track, following standard industry test procedures or adapting to your specific requirements. We use the data storage system you request—often your own—ensuring seamless integration with your processes. By relying on our expertise, you can focus on analyzing results while we handle the driving with precision.
One of our strengths is that we are flexible and solution oriented. If you require any particular service to make your visit to Arctic Falls better – let us know and we will try to find a solution. If required, we can also provide experienced staff to work directly with you and your team.
